Webfoot Kennels is dedicated to providing the best retriever training services for AKC Hunt Tests and Gun Dog Training to help your dog become the very best it can be. We provide services from our small, clean and disease free training facility in Northeast Texas. We have access to more than 2200 acres of land with different terrain so we can expose dogs to different hunting situations daily. We are limited to only 12 dogs at a time so we can give more time to each individual dog. Time and effort are the key ingredients to training. Client satisfaction is #1 with careful evaluation of every dog. We strive to be mentors to each dog and to meet each dog's individual needs with proper diet and conditioning. We believe time and effort are key ingredients to training retrievers.

A Note From The Field!

Hey Bobby, Looks like you've been more busy than I have! That's awesome you had three dogs qualify and Bear pass Nationals! I cant imagine! We just took our annual Kansas pheasant hunt this past weekend and I brought ole Tex. The great thing was that this is a controlled hunt so this chances for success are 100% so I knew we'd be able to get Tex on some birds quick and that it wouldn't take him long to figure out his job while he was out there. I tell you what he can do it all! The first day it took him a little while to figure out that the birds don't come into you, but instead you have to go find them yourself. I had been working him on quartering and using his nose with a "find it" command the past few weeks in preparation for the trip and it really payed off! By the second day you would have thought he had pheasant hunted since day one! Everyone was very impressed by him, they couldn't have said enough good things. I got some great pictures so I thought I'd send them over. Let me know what you think! -Danny
